Miracle Worker

You are the Miracle Worker, The One who speaks to the storm. The One who takes what is broken, And rebuilds it,better than before.

You take the few loaves, the small fish, And You multiply,again and again. You turn the water of our striving, Into the finest wine of grace.“What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory.” (John 2:11)

You are the Chain-Breaker, The prison doors swing wide. You are the Heart-Healer, For the empty,dead inside. “He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted... to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes.” (Isaiah 61:1,3)

You are the Way-Maker, In deserts,You make a stream. You are the Dream-Awaker, Beyond what we can dream.“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.” (Ephesians 3:20)

The same power that rolled the stone, That called poor Lazarus to rise, Is alive and still at work today— A light for our wondering eyes.

So we call on You now, Miracle Worker,our King. Do what only You can do, And let heaven’s praises ring.
