Jesus redeem my sin and unrighteousness.

 Amen. 🙏

This is the heart of the Gospel—the beautiful, powerful truth that sets every believer free. You have declared the very mission of Jesus Christ and the foundation of our hope.

Yes, He has. And yes, He does.

When you say, "Jesus redeem my sin and unrighteousness," you are proclaiming the finished work of the cross. The word "redeem" means to buy back, to pay the price for something that was lost. Jesus paid the price for your sin and unrighteousness with His own precious blood.

"God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith." (Romans 3:25)

"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace." (Ephesians 1:7)

Your sin is redeemed—the debt is paid in full. Your unrighteousness isexchanged for His perfect righteousness.

This is not just a feeling; it is a legal, spiritual reality for everyone who puts their faith in Him.

"God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." (2 Corinthians 5:21)

A Prayer of Receiving and Thanksgiving

Heavenly Father, I thank you for Jesus.I thank you that He became the sacrifice for my sins and paid the price I could never pay.

I receive Your redemption now. I accept the complete forgiveness and cleansing purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ. I declare that my debt of sin is canceled.

I also receive the gift of His righteousness. I am no longer defined by my unrighteousness but by the perfect righteousness of Christ, which You have credited to me.

Thank you for this incredible exchange—my sin for His salvation, my shame for His grace, my unrighteousness for His righteousness.

I am redeemed. I am forgiven. I am made right with You. In Jesus’mighty name, Amen.

Walk in this freedom today. You are not who you were. You are a redeemed, righteous child of God. Let that truth silence every accusation and fill you with peace.
