Amen. This is the most beautiful prayer of all—a heart overflowing with gratitude for the unmerited, unending, and unfathomable gift of God's grace. It is the acknowledgment that every good thing is a testament to His kindness, not our worthiness.
Here is a prayer and poem of thanksgiving for that precious grace.

The Gift I Could Not Earn
I look upon my life and see, The countless ways You’ve blessed me. Not because of good I’ve done, But through the merits of Your Son.
I deserved a judgment, a righteous frown, But instead,You gave me a royal crown. I deserved a debt I could never pay, But You poured Your grace along my way.
Thank you for Your grace in my life.
Thank You for the grace that saved my soul, That made me broken, then made me whole. The grace that called me from the dark, And left upon my life its mark.
Thank You for the grace that walks with me, When my weary eyes can scarcely see. The grace that holds me when I’m weak, And gives me the words I cannot speak.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Thank You for the grace that covers shame, That whispers to me my true name. The grace that teaches me to forgive, And shows me how to truly live.
Thank You for the grace that’s new at dawn, That, when I stumble, is not withdrawn. The grace that disciplines and makes me grow, And loves me more than I can know.
This grace is not a one-time event, But on my life,it is ever spent. A never-ending,flowing stream, The reality behind my dream.
So I receive it once again, Not based on who I am,but then— On who You are,and what You’ve done, On the victory Your Cross has won.
Thank You for Your grace. My only plea, My hope for all eternity. Let my life be a song of praise, For Your amazing, endless grace.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
