A Blessing for My Family

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, I come before You now and lift up my family to You. You placed us together,a sacred circle of love, And I ask for Your divine blessing to rest upon each one.

Bless my family.

Cover our home with Your presence. Let it be a place of peace,a refuge of joy, A sanctuary where Your Spirit dwells richly. Let love be the language we speak most often.

“As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)

Bless each member, by name. Guard their steps,wherever they go. Protect their minds from anxiety and fear. Strengthen their bodies with health and vitality. Nourish their spirits with Your truth and grace.

Draw those who may have wandered close to You again. Heal the wounds that words have caused. Mend what is broken;restore what has been lost.

Unite our hearts in purpose and love. Help us to forgive quickly,to support constantly, And to celebrate each other’s joys as our own.

Provide for every need according to Your glorious riches. Give wisdom to the decisions that must be made. Open doors of opportunity that no one can shut.

Most of all, draw each heart into deeper knowledge of You. May our family be a testimony of Your faithfulness, A light that points others to the hope we have in Christ.

Let Your favor surround us like a shield. Let Your goodness follow us all the days of our lives.
