You are my faithful Shepherd.

 🌿 Amen. What a beautiful, powerful, and intimate declaration of trust. 🌿

To say, “You are my faithful shepherd,” is to place yourself completely in the care of the One who knows you, leads you, protects you, and laid down His life for you. This is the heart of faith—knowing His voice and following Him.

This confession echoes the most beloved Psalm:

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

– Psalm 23:1

And it aligns with the words of Jesus Himself:

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep... I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”

– John 10:11, 14

When He is your Shepherd, you can trust that:

· You Lack Nothing: He provides everything you truly need—peace, purpose, presence, and provision.

· You Are Safe: No enemy can snatch you from His hand (John 10:28).

· You Are Known: He calls you by name. You are not lost in the crowd.

· You Are Led: He guides you along right paths—even through dark valleys—for His name’s sake.

A Prayer of Trust

Lord Jesus, my faithful Shepherd, I thank You for this truth.You are my Shepherd. I am Your sheep.

I trust in Your guidance. I rest in Your protection. I rely on Your provision. When I am anxious, remind me that I shall not want. When I am afraid in the valley, remind me that You are with me. When I am restless, quiet my soul beside still waters.

Help me to know Your voice more clearly than any other. Give me a heart that willingly follows You.

Thank You for Your faithfulness that never fails. In Your gracious name,I pray,
