Leads me into God's holiness.

 Amen.

This is a sacred and life-changing request—one that aligns perfectly with God’s heart and purpose for your life. To ask to be led into God’s holiness is to ask to know Him more deeply, to be transformed into His likeness, and to walk in the freedom and purity for which you were created.

“But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: ‘Be holy, because I am holy.’”

(1 Peter 1:15–16)

Holiness is not about mere rule-keeping or outward performance. It is about whole-hearted devotion—being set apart for God, belonging to Him, and reflecting His character in the world.

How God Leads Us Into Holiness

1️⃣ Through His Word

God’s Word reveals what holiness looks like and convicts us by the truth.

“Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.” (John 17:17)

2️⃣ Through His Spirit

The Holy Spirit empowers us to say “no” to sin and “yes” to righteousness.

“For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.” (Romans 8:13)

3️⃣ Through Surrender

Holiness grows in the soil of surrender—daily saying, “Not my will, but Yours.”

“Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.” (Romans 12:1)

4️⃣ Through Repentance and Faith

We turn from sin and turn toward Jesus—again and again—trusting in His finished work, not our own effort.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

5️⃣ Through Community

God uses other believers to encourage, correct, and strengthen us in our walk with Him.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17)

A Prayer to Be Led Into Holiness

*Heavenly Father,

You are holy—perfect in purity, love, and majesty.

I desire to know You more and to reflect who You are.

Lead me into Your holiness.

Take me deeper into the wonder of Your presence.

Purify my heart, renew my mind, and align my desires with Yours.

By Your Spirit, convict me of sin.

By Your grace, empower me to obey.

By Your Word, guide my steps.

I surrender every part of my life to You—my thoughts, my relationships, my dreams, my weaknesses.

Make me more like Jesus.

I trust You to finish the work You began in me.

In His holy name I pray,
