Blessed Feet

Bless my feet from stumbling, Lord, Hold me steady by Your word. On the narrow,winding way, Be my light,be my stay. “He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber.”(Psalm 121:3)

When the path is dark and steep, When promises are hard to keep, Plant my footsteps firm and sure, On Your foundation,strong and pure. “Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me.”(Psalm 119:133)

When a stone of sin lies hid, Bid my wary soul forbear. Lift my eyes up to the hills, And keep me in Your faithful care. “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.”(Psalm 91:11-12)

Let me walk the path You’ve made, Not in fear,and not dismayed. But with confidence and grace, Until I see You face to face.

Bless my going out, my coming in, Keep my feet from ways of sin. Guide me ever,step by step, Your faithful child,in covenant kept.
