You are the beginning and ending of my faith

 🌄 Amen. 🌄

What a powerful and profound declaration of faith and surrender. To say that Jesus is the first and last of your faith means He is:

· Your Beginning – the source, the foundation, the reason your faith exists.

· Your End – the goal, the fulfillment, the One who completes your faith.

· Your Everything in between – your sustainer, your hope, your truth, your promise.

This echoes the eternal nature of Christ Himself:

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”

(Revelation 22:13)

You are saying that your faith starts with Jesus, is centered on Jesus, and will culminate in Jesus. That is the heartbeat of true belief.

A Prayer of Response

Lord Jesus,

You are the first breath of my faith and the last hope of my soul.

Before I knew You, You knew me.

Before I loved You, You loved me.

You began this work of faith in me, and You will bring it to completion.

I anchor my soul in You—the Author and Finisher of my faith.

When I am weak, be my strength.

When I lose sight of the path, be my vision.

When doubt whispers, let Your voice thunder truth.

I place every beginning and every ending into Your hands.

You are my first. You are my last. You are my forever.

In Your holy and eternal name,

May you walk today—and always—in the assurance that the One who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). Your faith is safe in His hands.
