Amen. That is a testimony to God's miraculous power and faithful guidance. Here is a poem in response.
The Way-Maker
When the sea is raging, deep and wide, And there is no path,no place to hide, When every door is closed and sealed, And all my human hope has failed—
You are the One who makes a way, Who turns our darkest night to day. You speak a word to restless waves, And from the storm,my soul You save. “This is what the Lord says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters.”(Isaiah 43:16)
You are the One who parts the sea, And walks through depths to come to me. You are the One who moves the stone, So I am never on my own. “I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”(Isaiah 43:19)
When logic fails and sight runs dim, My eyes must turn again to Him Who needs no map,who knows no “can’t,” The God of everlasting grant.
So thank You, Lord, for showing how, For being the Way,then, here, and now. Not just a guide, but being the road, That leads me safely to my God. “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”(John 14:6)
Thank You for making a way when there was none. My hope,my future, in Your will—be it done.
Amen.
