I surrender my Life to your loving arms.

 Amen. This is the most beautiful and complete surrender—to fall into the everlasting, loving arms of God. Here is a prayer in response.

I Surrender

I surrender my life, The whole of it,Lord, to You. Not just the parts I understand, But the broken and confused parts,too.

I lay down my striving, My need to control and to plan. I release every burden, Into Your capable hand.

I let go of the past, Its regrets and its deep,aching shame. I let go of the future, And trust in Your holy name.

I fall into Your loving arms, So strong and so safe and so wide. In this surrender,I am not lost; In Your embrace,I am found. “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”(1 Peter 5:7)

Here, I find perfect rest, Here,I am fully known. These arms were stretched out on a cross, To claim me as Your own.

I do not surrender to emptiness or void, But to a love that will never let go. I surrender my life,my all, to You, For You love me more than I know.

Take it, Jesus. It is Yours. I am home.
