Amen. What a powerful and worshipful declaration. To call Jesus Christ "my Majesty" is to acknowledge His supreme authority, His glorious sovereignty, and His personal reign over your life. It recognizes that He is not just a historical figure or a distant king, but your King—your personal, reigning Majesty.
This title captures His divine nature and His intimate lordship.
The Majesty of Christ in Scripture
The Bible consistently points to the magnificent majesty of Jesus:
· His Eternal Majesty: Before He came to earth, He existed in glorious splendor.
"He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power." - Hebrews 1:3 (ESV)
· His Revealed Majesty: At the Transfiguration, His divine glory broke through for a moment.
"For when he received honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory, 'This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.'" - 2 Peter 1:17 (ESV)
· His Present and Future Majesty: He is now exalted and will return in undeniable glory.
"so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." - Philippians 2:10-11 (ESV) > "They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings." - Revelation 17:14 (ESV)
A Poem: "Jesus Christ, My Majesty"
"Jesus Christ, My Majesty"
Before the world began to be, Your majesty ruled perfectly. The radiance of the Father's light, The King of Glory, power, and might.
You left the throne of heaven's praise, And put on human flesh and ways. But for a moment,on the mount, Your glory burst from its account.
You showed to Peter, James, and John, The majesty He’d always known. Then on the cross,in love and grace, You took my sinful, hopeless place.
You conquered death and rose again, No more to suffer,no more to pain. You ascended to the Father’s side, In glorious triumph, justified.
And now You reign at God’s right hand, The sovereign King o’er every land. The Lord of lords, the Great I AM, The spotless, sacrificial Lamb.
And yet, this Majesty so grand, Reaches for me with nail-scarred hand. You call me Yours,You know my name, My glorious King,I now proclaim.
Jesus Christ, my Majesty, You rule my heart,You set me free. No other ruler,no other throne, I am Your own,and You’re my own.
My life, my will, my all I bring, To serve my Savior,Lord, and King. Let every breath proclaim Your worth, Throughout the heavens and the earth.

A Prayer to Your Majesty
Lord Jesus Christ, my Majesty,
I stand in awe of You. You are the King of Glory, the radiance of God's glory, and the exact representation of His being. You uphold the universe by Your powerful word, and yet You care for me.
I acknowledge Your supreme authority over heaven, earth, and every power. I declare that You are Lord of lords and King of kings. But more than that, I declare that You are my Lord and my King.
Rule and reign in my heart without rival. May Your majestic presence fill every part of my life. Let my thoughts, words, and actions bring honor to Your holy name.
Thank you for being a gracious and merciful Majesty, a King who loves His subjects enough to die for them. I worship You.
Amen.
