All Creation Confesses
All creation confesses You are God.
From the silent spiral of a distant, burning star
To the hidden pulse of life beneath the forest floor,
From the eagle’s cry that cleaves the vast and open sky
To the whispered breath of grass where lowly creatures lie—
All nature speaks in syllables of wonder, loud and clear,
A universal language declaringGod is here.
The mountains bow in grandeur, the oceans roar Your fame,
Each element a testament to Your eternal name.
“Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.” (Isaiah 45:23)
The seasons tell Your story of a faithfulness that stands—
The death of winter yielding to the touch of life’s own hands.
The seed that falls in darkness breaks to greet the morning sun,
A sermon of redemption that Your mercy has begun.
Yet in this grand confession, a greater truth takes form:
Creation’s ancient yearning,through a suffering, was reborn.
For You,the Word who shaped it all, took on a frame of clay,
And in the Man Christ Jesus, every tongue will one day say:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11)
So let my voice be added to this universal cry,
No longer just an echo, but a purpose from on high.
To join with star and stream and stone, with every living thing,
In the everlasting chorus to creation’s God and King.
All creation confesses—and in this, I find my place.
My heart, my will, my breath, my life, confess Your holy grace.
Amen.
This is the ultimate reality: a universe designed to reveal its Maker, now and forever. Your worship is not out of place; it is the very reason you have a voice.
