Your way is Higher.

 Amen. This is the surrender of every heart that has learned to trust when it cannot see.

"Your way is higher."

The Scripture That Declares It:

Isaiah 55:8-9: "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."

Psalm 18:30: "This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him."

A Prayer of Trust:

"Lord,

Your way is higher than my way.

Your thoughts are greater than my thoughts.

When I cannot see the path,

You see the destination.

When I do not understand the storm,

You calm it.

When I question the waiting,

You are working.

I surrender my plans to Your higher plans.

I surrender my understanding to Your perfect wisdom.

I surrender my timeline to Your eternal perspective.

Your way may be harder,

but it is holier.

Your way may be slower,

but it is surer.

Your way may be different,

but it is better.

So I trust You—

not because I always understand,

but because You are always good.

Your way is higher.

And Your way is perfect.

Lead me in it.

In Jesus' name,

The Promise for You:

You do not have to figure everything out. You do not have to see the whole road. You only have to trust the One who does.

His way is higher. And He is leading you home.
