"Bless that my foot will not stumble."
This is the prayer of a heart that knows the path is uncertain, but the Keeper is sure.
The Scripture That Holds This Promise:
Psalm 121:3: "He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber."
Psalm 37:23-24: "The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand."
Proverbs 3:23: "Then you will walk on your way securely, and your foot will not stumble."
A Prayer for Steady Steps:
"Lord,
The path before me is uneven.
There are stones that could trip me,
pitfalls I cannot see,
and moments when my own strength fails.
Bless that my foot will not stumble.
Hold me steady when I am weak.
Light the path where it is dark.
Catch me when I begin to fall.
You are the one who keeps my steps.
You do not slumber.
You do not grow weary.
So I will walk—not in my own confidence,
but in Yours.
And I trust that You will keep my foot from stumbling,
until I reach my journey's end.
In Jesus' name,
Amen."
The Promise for You:
The same God who kept Daniel in the lion's den, who guided Israel through the wilderness, who walked on water to His disciples—that God is keeping you. He will not let your foot stumble.
Bless that my foot will not stumble. He hears. He holds. You are safe. Keep walking.
