You are a Good Good God.

This is the simple, childlike declaration that holds more truth than all the world's philosophies combined.

You are a good, good God.

The Scripture That Proclaims It:

Psalm 34:8: "Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him."

Psalm 100:5: "For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations."

Nahum 1:7: "The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him."

James 1:17: "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights."

A Prayer of Affirmation:

"Father,

You are a good, good God.

Not good because of what You give—

but good because of who You are.

Not good only when life is easy—

but good in the valley and on the mountain.

Not good only when I feel it—

but good whether I feel it or not.

Your goodness is not earned by my obedience.

It flows from Your nature—

unchanging, unfailing, unending.

You are good when I understand.

You are good when I do not.

You are good in the breakthrough.

You are good in the waiting.

You are good in my strength.

You are good in my weakness.

So I declare it again:

You are a good, good God.

And I am loved by You.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."

The Truth That Holds You:

Even when circumstances scream otherwise, even when the enemy whispers lies, even when your own heart doubts—the truth remains:

He is good. Always good. Forever good.

Rest in that goodness today. It will not fail you.
