Bless my health, O Lord, I pray—

From the crown down to the feet.

Strengthen me throughout the day,

Make my weary heart complete.

Bless the beating of my heart,

The breath within my fragile chest.

Let no sickness, no disease,

Disturb the rhythm of my rest.

Bless my hands to do Your work,

My eyes to see Your grace,

My ears to hear Your still, small voice,

My feet to run this race.

Bless my mind with peace and clarity,

My spirit with Your healing balm.

When my body feels its frailty,

Wrap me in Your steadfast calm.

I am Your temple, Lord, You said—

Your Spirit dwells in me.

So bless this body You have made,

And keep me healthy, whole, and free.

For health is not just for my sake,

But that I may serve You every day.

So bless my health, that I may take

Your love and light along the way.

I Am the Lord Who Heals You:

A Prayer for Health

Heavenly Father,

I come to You asking for Your blessing upon my health.

You are the Lord who heals me,

and You care for my body as well as my soul.

Bless my heart, my lungs, my bones, my blood.

Strengthen my immune system and restore what is weak.

Give me restful sleep, nourishing food,

and wisdom to care for the body You have given me.

If there is any sickness or pain,

I ask for Your healing touch.

If there is any fear or anxiety about my health,

replace it with Your peace.

Let me honor You with my body,

which is Your temple.

And use my good health to serve You

and to bless others.

I trust You with my health,

whether You heal me suddenly or sustain me daily.

You are good, and You are with me.
