Lord, I need you.

 That is the most powerful prayer there is.

Here is His answer, woven from His own Word:

He hears you.

· “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.”

  (Psalm 145:18)

He is with you in this.

· “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

  (Isaiah 41:10)

You can come to Him exactly as you are.

· “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

  (Matthew 11:28)

He will not let you go.

· “…for he has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’”

  (Hebrews 13:5)

A simple prayer to breathe:

Lord, I need You.

I have nothing else to say.

I bring You my lack,my fear, my exhaustion.

I stand on Your promise to be near,to help, to uphold.

Hold onto me,for I cannot hold onto anything right now.

In Jesus'name, Amen.

You are held, even now—especially now. Keep breathing that prayer. He is closer than your next breath.
