God is in control.

This is the unshakable foundation upon which our faith rests—the steadfast truth that calms every storm and gives hope to every heart. Here is a declaration of that sovereign reality.

God Is In Control

God is in control.

When the world spins into chaos,

When plans unravel and hopes seem lost,

When the news speaks fear and the future feels unknown—

This truth remains, fixed on heaven’s throne.

He holds the universe in His hands,

Directs the stars and rules the lands.

Kings and nations rise and fall,

Yet His purpose stands above them all.

“He does as He pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back His hand or say to Him: ‘What have You done?’”(Daniel 4:35)

He is not surprised, not taken aback,

He knows each ending before the first act.

In the darkest night, He’s weaving light,

Making even broken pieces come out right.

So I will release my grip on “why,”

And trust the hand that holds the sky.

I’ll rest my heart in His command,

And walk in peace across this land.

God is in control—yesterday, today, forever the same.

My fear may rise, but I’ll speak His name.

For His throne is steadfast, His reign is sure,

And in His sovereign grace, I am secure.
