Guide Our Path

Lord, guide our path—

When the way is clear and when it’s not,

When we walk in confidence or doubt.

Be the compass of our hearts,

The true north of our thoughts.

Light our steps with Your word,

A lamp that cuts through the gray.

Mark the turns we ought to take,

And guard us from the stray.

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”(Proverbs 3:6)

When the road divides and we don’t know why,

When the signposts seem hidden from our eye,

Speak in that stillness—soft and deep—

And guide the promises You keep.

Guide our feet away from danger,

Guide our choices toward Your favor.

Guide our plans to match Your will,

And in obedience, keep us still.

We do not ask to see the distant scene,

But just the next step, humble and clean.

For if You guide us, we cannot be lost—

You paid too high a price upon the cross.

Guide our path, O Lord, we pray—

Today, tomorrow, and every day.

We follow You, our Shepherd true,

Our hope, our future, bound in You.
