Where God is, there is Liberty.

 Amen.

This is the liberating truth of the Gospel—where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is true freedom. Not merely political or social liberty, but freedom of the soul, freedom from sin, and freedom to become who we were created to be. Here is a celebration of that divine reality.

Where God Is, There Is Liberty

When there is God, there is liberty—

Not just the breaking of an iron chain,

But the soul released from shame’s dark stain,

The mind set free from fear’s tight grip,

The heart unbound from guilt’s deep rip.

Where His Spirit dwells, oppression flees,

The captive breathes, the blind one sees.

The prison doors swing open wide,

For Christ Himself is there inside.

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”(2 Corinthians 3:17)

This liberty is not for chaos’ reign,

But freedom to love, to heal, to sustain.

To walk in truth, to live in grace,

To seek His face, to run our race.

So if you feel enclosed by night,

By habit, hurt, or others’ might,

Invite His presence—here and now—

And watch the chains break from your brow.

Where God is, there is liberty—

In Him alone, our souls are free.
