Lord, Bless my daily bread.

Amen. "Bless my daily bread" is a prayer of dependence and trust—a request that God would provide for your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, just as He gave manna to the Israelites in the wilderness. It is the cry of a heart that knows every good gift comes from above.

📖 The Scriptural Foundation

"Give us this day our daily bread." (Matthew 6:11, ESV)

"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19, ESV)

"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4, ESV)

"The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing." (Psalm 145:15-16)

"Give us today our daily bread." (Matthew 6:11, NIV)

"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread." (Psalm 37:25, ESV)

🍞 What It Means to Ask for Daily Bread

This Means... Because... A Scripture to Hold

Spiritual Nourishment His Word feeds our souls. "Man shall not live by bread alone." (Matthew 4:4)

Daily Dependence We trust Him for today, not just tomorrow. "Give us this day our daily bread." (Matthew 6:11)

His Faithfulness He has never failed to provide. "I have not seen the righteous forsaken." (Psalm 37:25)

🙏 A Prayer for Daily Bread

Father,

I come before You and ask that You would bless my daily bread.

Provide for my needs today—

Food for my body,

Strength for my spirit,

Peace for my mind,

Hope for my heart.

I trust You for today.

I do not worry about tomorrow—

I trust in Your provision.

I do not fear lack—

I rest in Your faithfulness.

Let me not only receive physical bread,

But also feast on Your Word,

Which is life to my soul.

"Give us this day our daily bread." (Matthew 6:11)

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

🕊️ A Declaration of Trust

I declare today:

God is my provider.

He gives me my daily bread.

He supplies all my needs.

He is faithful to provide.

I will not fear lack.

I will not be anxious about tomorrow.

I will trust in His provision.

For the Lord is my shepherd.

I shall not want.

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." (Psalm 23:1)
