Be Gracious to us.

 "Be gracious to us, Lord."

This is the cry of a heart that knows we do not deserve Your favor—but we desperately need it.

The Scripture That Holds This Promise:

Psalm 123:3 (AMP) — "Be gracious to us, O Lord, be gracious and show favor to us, for we are greatly filled with contempt."

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP) — "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace."

Psalm 86:15 (AMP) — "You, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness."

Hebrews 4:16 (AMP) — "Let us approach [God] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."

A Prayer for Grace:

"Lord,

Be gracious to us—

not because we are worthy,

but because You are merciful.

Not because we have earned it,

but because You delight in giving.

Shine Your face upon us.

Turn Your heart toward us.

Pour out Your favor over our lives.

We need Your grace for today—

for our struggles, our weaknesses, our weariness.

We need Your grace for tomorrow—

for the unknown, the uncertain, the unseen.

Be gracious to us, Lord.

We are Your children.

We trust in Your unfailing love."
