Be Holy for God is Holy.

Here is a poem of reverence and a collection of scriptures reflecting the call to holiness.

Set Apart

Holy, holy, holy Lord,

The angels cry around Your throne.

With burning hearts and one accord,

They worship You and You alone.

And yet You whisper to my soul,

"Be holy, as I am holy too."

A calling that should overwhelm,

Yet by Your grace, I can pursue.

Not by my strength or my own might,

Not by the works my hands have done,

But by the Spirit's cleansing light,

Transformed by the Beloved Son.

Set apart for Your design,

A vessel purified and new.

Not for my glory, but for Thine,

To live a life that points to You.

So take my hands, my heart, my voice,

And make me more like Christ each day.

In holiness I will rejoice,

And walk the narrow, sacred way.

For You are holy, Lord above,

And I am Yours, redeemed, set free.

Refine me in Your perfect love,

Till what You see is only Thee.
