When we say "My way," in the context of our faith, it can hold two powerful meanings — both a declaration of personal surrender and a reminder of God’s personal guidance over our journey.

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

A Prayer of Surrender:

Lord Jesus,

You are the Way.

Today, I lay down my way—

my plans,

my understanding,

my desires—

and I choose Your way.

Where I want to rush, teach me patience.

Where I want to control, teach me trust.

Where I want to wander, draw me close.

Guide my path,

light my steps,

and lead me always in the way of everlasting life.

In Your holy name,

Amen.
