Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus be upon me.

May the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus cover you, fill you, and transform you—spirit, soul, and body. This is not a righteousness you can earn, but a gift you receive by faith—the very perfection and purity of Jesus credited to your life.

"God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God."

"But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known... This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe."

— Romans 3:21–22

A Prayer to Receive His Righteousness:

**Heavenly Father,

I come to You not in my own goodness,

but clothed in the righteousness of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

I receive by faith what He accomplished on the cross —

His sinless life, His atoning death, His victorious resurrection.

· Wash me clean from all my unrighteousness.

· Cover me completely with the robe of Christ’s righteousness.

· Let Your holiness shine through my thoughts, words, and actions.

I declare today:

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

Not by my works,

but by His grace.

Not because I am worthy,

but because He is worthy.

In Jesus’ mighty name,
