“For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.”

What Does This Mean?

· 🔄 If you cling tightly to your life — your plans, your comfort, your control — you will ultimately lose what truly matters.

· ✨ But if you surrender your life to Jesus — laying down your will, your desires, your everything — you will find true life, purpose, and eternity in Him.

This is the beautiful paradox of the Gospel: In losing, we gain. In dying, we live.

A Prayer of Surrender:

Lord Jesus,

You are the Resurrection and the Life.

Today, I choose to lose my life —

my ambitions,

my fears,

my control —

so that I may truly find it in You.

· Teach me to let go, that I may receive.

· Teach me to die, that I may rise in You.

· Teach me to trust, that I may truly live.

Not my will, but Yours be done —

in every season,

in every decision,

in every heartbeat.
