I cried my tears and you dried them up for me.

This is one of the most intimate and comforting experiences of God's love—when He meets us in our rawest, most vulnerable moments and offers His gentle comfort.

Here is a prayer and declaration of His faithful care.

---

You Dry My Tears

I cried my tears, a silent rain,

A language born of grief and pain.

They fell for loss, for fear, for shame,

And no one even knew my name.

But in the stillness, You drew near,

You bent Your heart to hold my tear.

You did not scold,or rush, or shove,

But met me with relentless love.

I cried my tears, and You dried them up for me.

You did not wave a magic hand,

And make me not understand.

You did not stop the tears at their start,

But You held the pieces of my heart.

With hands that shaped the moon and sun,

You gently dried them, one by one.

You caught each one within Your cup,

And promised You would lift me up.

“You keep track of all my sorrows.

You have collected all my tears in your bottle.

You have recorded each one in your book.”(Psalm 56:8)

You are the God who sees my weeping,

Vigilant and faithfully keeping

Watch over me through the long, dark night,

Turning my mourning to morning light.

So I will bring You all my sorrow,

Trusting Your hope for each tomorrow.

For I have felt Your kind embrace,

The healing of Your wondrous grace.

Thank you for drying my tears.

You are my Comforter.

You are my Healer.

You are my Father.

A Prayer of Gratitude:

"Lord, thank you. Thank you for not being a distant God, but a close Comforter. You see my tears, and You care. You don't dismiss my pain; You meet me in it.

Thank you for every time You have gently dried my eyes. Thank you for the peace that follows the storm of my weeping. I trust You with my heart, with my pain, and with my future.

Help me to always run to You, my safe refuge, my compassionate Father.

In Jesus' name, Amen."
