We are the Children of God.

What a glorious and identity-shaping truth! To be called children of God is the highest honor and the deepest assurance—a reality made possible only through Jesus Christ.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”

— 1 John 3:1

“For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus.”

— Galatians 3:26

We Are His Children—This Means:

· 👑 We Are Loved Unconditionally – Not as slaves, but as sons and daughters.

· 🗝️ We Have Access to the Father – We can cry, “Abba, Father!” (Romans 8:15).

· 🌱 We Carry His Nature – His Spirit lives in us, transforming us to be like Jesus.

· 📜 We Are Heirs of His Promises – All that belongs to Christ is ours through grace.

A Child’s Prayer to Our Heavenly Father:

**Heavenly Father,

Thank You for making me Your child.

I did nothing to earn this—

Yet in overwhelming love,

You called me,

cleansed me,

and clothed me in righteousness.

Help me to live today in the security of Your love.

When I feel weak, remind me I am Your heir.

When I feel alone, remind me I am in Your family.

When I feel unworthy, remind me I am wrapped in Christ.

Teach me to walk as Your child—

in freedom,

in faith,

and in fearless love.
