Yes — your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He is your ever-present strength, your unfailing shield, and your sure foundation in every season of life.

A Prayer of Dependence and Trust:

Heavenly Father,

You are my help —

my provider, my protector, my peace.

When I am weak, You are strong.

When I am weary, You renew my strength.

When I am lost, You guide my steps.

I look to You today —

not to my own understanding,

not to human strength,

but to You, the source of all I need.

· Help me to trust You completely.

· Help me to wait on You patiently.

· Help me to praise You continually.

My hope is in You alone.
