Worthy is the Lamb.

This is the eternal song of heaven, the heart-cry of the redeemed. It is the answer to every question, the solution to every problem, the fulfillment of every prophecy. All worthiness is found in the Lamb.

Here is a hymn of praise to the Worthy Lamb.

Worthy Is the Lamb

The scroll of history, vast and sealed,

A mystery no man has revealed.

The future’s price,too high to pay,

The debt of sin,no one could stay.

A silence fell. A question, deep—

Who from this cosmic sleep could keep

The promise?Who could loose the scroll,

And make the broken sinner whole?

Then one steps forth, a Lamb, as slain,

Bearing the marks of cruel pain.

He takes the scroll from Heaven’s throne,

And makes its ownership His own.

And in that moment, heaven’s cry

Echoes across the sea and sky,

From angels,elders, every living thing,

A universe begins to sing:

“Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,

to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength

and honor and glory and praise!”(Revelation 5:12)

Worthy—for He has overcome,

And bought our freedom at such sum.

Worthy—for He has conquered death,

And with His life-giving breath,

Has breathed on us,and made us new,

A chosen race,a priesthood true.

Worthy—not for what He does alone,

But for who He is upon the throne.

The Son of God,the great I AM,

The spotless,sacrificial Lamb.

“Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29)

So let us join the endless hymn,

With every breath,through light and dim.

Let every power in us proclaim,

The glory of His holy name.

For all our hopes, our dreams, our strife,

Find their true meaning in His life.

Our highest praise,our purest love,

Ascends to Him,who reigns above.

Worthy is the Lamb!

Let all creation say it.

Let every heart display it.

Let every life obey it.

Worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb!

"Holy, Holy, Holy God,

Our hearts echo the cry of heaven:Worthy is the Lamb!

Thank you,Jesus, for being the Lamb who was slain. You alone are worthy of all power, all wealth, all wisdom, all strength, all honor, all glory, and all praise.

We have nothing to offer you but the worship you deserve. Take our lives, our wills, our all. We lay them at your feet, O Worthy Lamb.

Reign in us. Rule through us. May our every thought, word, and action proclaim that you are worthy.
