All our sin and forgiven.

This is the glorious, liberating, and foundational truth of the Gospel. It is the very heart of the "good news" that sets us free.

Here is a declaration and celebration of this incredible promise.

All Our Sin Is Forgiven

The debt we owed, a mountain high,

A guilty stain against the sky.

The weight of every wrong we've done,

Beneath a cold,unyielding sun.

We could not pay, we could not hide,

With all our effort, all our pride.

But from the throne of heaven's grace,

Came love to meet us in that place.

"All our sin is forgiven."

This is the shout of heaven's story,

The bedrock of the gospel's glory.

Not just the small ones, not just the few,

But every sin, both old and new.

The secret shame,the public fall,

God,in His mercy, pardons all.

"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace..." (Ephesians 1:7)

The slate is wiped, the record clean,

No trace of what our past has been.

The charges dropped,the verdict read:

"Forgiven!"by the blood He shed.

"As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." (Psalm 103:12)

So let the Accuser scream his lies,

And point to where our failure lies.

We point him to the empty grave,

To Christ, the One who came to save.

We stand now, not in our own name,

But clothed in righteousness He came

To give to us,a gift so free,

For all eternity.

All our sin is forgiven.

Let this truth silence every fear.

Let this truth dry every tear.

Let this truth be our song today,

And for all our tomorrows.

A Prayer of Receiving and Thanksgiving:

"Heavenly Father,

Thank you. Thank you for the most beautiful words I could ever hear: 'All your sin is forgiven.'

I receive this truth today. I believe that because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross, my debt has been paid in full. I accept Your complete and total forgiveness for all my sins—past, present, and future.

I let go of the guilt and the shame. I silence the voice of the accuser with the greater truth of Your grace. My record is clean because of Christ.

Help me to live in the freedom and lightness of this forgiveness. May my life be a reflection of Your incredible mercy.

In Jesus' name, Amen."
