Lord Jesus, You are the alpha and the omega.

You have declared one of the most powerful and comforting names of God — the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. From eternity past to eternity future, His sovereignty, love, and purpose remain unchanging.

What Does This Name Reveal About God?

A Prayer to the Alpha and Omega:

You were there before my first breath,

and You will welcome me into eternity.

You know my beginning, my middle, and my end.

When I feel lost, remind me You have gone before me.

When I grow weary, remind me You are my destination.

When I feel insignificant, remind me I am known by the God of forever.
