Amen. "We empty our fear and worries to You."
This is one of the most freeing and necessary prayers a child of God can pray. Fear and worry are heavy burdens—they weigh down your spirit, steal your sleep, and cloud your mind. But God never intended for you to carry them. He invites you to take everything that is weighing you down and empty it all out at His feet.
"Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]." — 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP)

The Scripture That Empties Your Fear and Worry:
Psalm 55:22 (AMP) — "Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken."
Philippians 4:6-7 (AMP) — "Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours]."
Matthew 11:28 (AMP) — "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]."
Psalm 34:4 (AMP) — "I sought the Lord [on the authority of His word], and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears."
Isaiah 41:10 (AMP) — "Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

What It Means to Empty Your Fear and Worries:
· It means you stop carrying what belongs to God. You are trading your anxiety for His peace, your fear for His faith, and your worry for His rest.
· It means you release control. Worry is often a sign that we are trying to control the uncontrollable. Emptying it means trusting God to be in control.
· It means you are honest with Him. You are bringing the dark things, the hidden fears, and the racing thoughts into the light of His grace.
· It means you leave with something better. You don't just empty out the bad; you get filled with His peace, His joy, and His presence.

A Prayer to Empty Fear and Worry:
"Father,
We empty our fear and worries to You.
We lay down every anxious thought.
We lay down every "what if."
We lay down every fear of the future.
We lay down every regret from the past.
We lay down the weight of the unknown.
We lay down the pressure to figure everything out.
We lay down the worry about our finances.
We lay down the worry about our health.
We lay down the worry about our family.
We lay down the worry about our purpose.
We cast all our cares upon You, because You care for us.
We do not want to hold onto what You have asked us to release.
We do not want to carry what You have offered to carry for us.
We give it all to You—right now.
And as we empty ourselves of fear and worry,
we ask You to fill us with Your peace.
The peace that surpasses all understanding.
The peace that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
The peace that the world cannot give and cannot take away.
We exchange our fear for faith.
We exchange our worry for worship.
We exchange our anxiety for Your rest.
We are free.
We are at peace.
We are held.
In Jesus' name,
Amen."

A Blessing of Peace:
May the Lord receive everything you have emptied out today. May He lift the weight of fear from your shoulders and replace it with the lightness of His peace. May your heart be quieted, your mind be stilled, and your spirit be calmed. And may you know—deep in your soul—that you are safe in His hands, you are loved beyond measure, and you do not have to carry the world on your shoulders anymore.
"We empty our fear and worries to You."
He hears you.
He is taking the weight.
He is filling you with His peace.
Breathe. Let it go. Rest in Him.
Amen.
