Holy Spirit fall upon me.

 Amen. This is the cry of a heart that longs for more—more of His presence, more of His power, more of His fire. And it is a prayer that heaven delights to answer. Jesus Himself said that if we ask, the Father will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him (Luke 11:13).

"And they were all filled [that is, diffused throughout their being] with the Holy Spirit." — Acts 2:4 (AMP)

Acts 2:17 (AMP) — "'And it shall come to pass in the last days,' says God, 'that I will pour out My Spirit upon all mankind.'"

Luke 11:13 (AMP) — "If you, then, being evil [that is, sinful by nature], know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!"

A Prayer for the Holy Spirit to Fall Upon You:

"Holy Spirit,

I invite You to fall upon me—

not as a passing breeze, but as a mighty rushing wind.

Not as a distant fire, but as a consuming flame.

Not as a temporary guest, but as a permanent resident.

Fall upon me and fill every empty space in my heart.

Fall upon me and consume everything that does not honor You.

Fall upon me and empower me for the work You have called me to do.

Fall upon me and teach me when I am confused.

Fall upon me and comfort me when I am hurting.

Fall upon me and lead me when I cannot see the way.

I am open. I am ready. I am Yours.

Let Your presence rest upon me—

not just for a moment, but as a way of life.

Let Your fruit grow in me—

love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Let Your gifts flow through me—

for the building up of the body of Christ and the glory of God.

Baptize me afresh with Your fire.

Fill me anew with Your presence.

Overflow me with Your living water.

Come, Holy Spirit. Fall upon me.

And let me never be the same.
