You are my God.

 Amen. "You are my God."

This is the most personal, profound, and powerful declaration of faith. It is one thing to believe that God exists; it is another thing entirely to say, "You are MY God." It is the declaration of covenant. It is the declaration of relationship. It is the declaration that He is not just the God of the universe, or the God of your parents, or the God of the church—He is yours, and you are His.

"I will say to the Lord, 'You are my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!'" — Psalm 91:2 (AMP)

"Lord,

You are my God when I understand.

You are my God in life.

You are my God in death.

And You will be my God forever.

You are my refuge and my fortress.

You are my strength and my song.

You are my Savior and my Lord.

You are my Healer and my Provider.

You are my Shepherd and my King.

You are my Father and my Friend.

I belong to You.

I am Yours.

And I will walk with You all the days of my life.

You are my God.
