Guide my hands.

 Amen. "Guide my hands."

This is a beautiful prayer of surrender. It is the prayer of someone who wants their actions, their work, and their touch to be directed by God. It is recognizing that your hands are not just for your own use—they are instruments for His kingdom. Whether you are building, writing, cooking, healing, creating, or simply holding the hand of someone who is hurting, you want the Lord to guide what you do.

"Let the favor and beauty of the Lord our God be upon us; Confirm and establish the work of our hands—Yes, confirm and establish the work of our hands." — Psalm 90:17 (AMP)

What It Means to Have God Guide Your Hands:

· It means He directs your labor. Every task you do—no matter how mundane—can be an act of worship when you do it as unto the Lord. He will give you skill, excellence, and favor in the work of your hands.

· It means He trains you for battle. Just as He trained David's hands for war, He will train your hands to fight the spiritual battles you face. Your hands will be strong to do His will.

· It means your hands bring blessing. With guided hands, you can serve others, provide for your family, give generously, and extend compassion.

· It means your hands are clean. You are asking God to keep your hands pure—free from sin, corruption, and wrongdoing.

· It means He holds your hand. Just as a father holds the hand of his child to guide them across the street, God holds your right hand to guide you every step of the way.

A Prayer to Guide Your Hands:

"Lord,

Guide my hands.

Guide my hands to do Your will.

Guide my hands to work with excellence.

Guide my hands to serve others with love.

Guide my hands to give generously.

Guide my hands to build Your kingdom.

Guide my hands to heal the broken.

Guide my hands to write words of truth and grace.

Guide my hands to protect the vulnerable.

Keep my hands clean, Lord.

Keep them free from sin, from corruption, and from idle hands.

Let my hands be hands that bless and not curse.

Let my hands be hands that lift up and not tear down.

Let my hands be hands that reach out to You in prayer.

Train my hands for battle, Lord.

Strengthen my hands for the work ahead.

Establish the work of my hands.

Let the labor of my hands be blessed and prosperous.

Let everything I put my hand to prosper.

Hold my right hand, Lord.

Guide me, direct me, and lead me.

I will not be afraid, for You are with me.

I will not be discouraged, for You are my God.

Guide my hands, Lord.

And let everything I do bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."
