God bless us.

 Amen. "God bless us."

This is a simple, humble, and powerful prayer. It is the cry of a heart that recognizes its complete dependence on the goodness and favor of God. It is not a demand; it is an open-handed request for the Creator of the universe to look upon us with kindness, to pour out His favor, to protect us, and to provide for us.

"The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace." — Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)

The Scripture That Blesses Us:

Psalm 5:12 (AMP) — "For You bless the righteous, O Lord; You surround him with favor as with a shield."

What It Means to Ask God to Bless Us:

· It means we are asking for His presence. The greatest blessing is not material wealth, but the nearness of God.

· It means we are asking for His favor. We want His face to shine upon us—to look at us with approval, grace, and kindness.

· It means we are asking for His protection. We want Him to keep us, guard us, and shield us from harm.

· It means we are asking for His peace. We want the deep, unshakable Shalom of God to rule in our hearts.

· It means we want to be a blessing to others. Ultimately, we ask God to bless us so that we can be a blessing to the world around us.

A Prayer for God's Blessing:

"Father,

God bless us.

Bless us with Your presence.

Let us feel You near in every moment of our lives.

Bless us with Your favor.

Let Your face shine upon us and be gracious to us.

Bless us with Your protection.

Keep us from harm and guide us in Your ways.

Bless us with Your peace.

Let Your Shalom rule in our hearts, our homes, and our relationships.

Bless us with Your provision.

Supply every need we have according to Your riches in glory.

Bless us with Your joy.

Let it be our strength in every season.

Bless our going out and our coming in.

Bless our work and our rest.

Bless our families and our future.

Bless our minds, our bodies, and our spirits.

We do not ask for these blessings so we can hoard them.

We ask for them so we can be a blessing to others.

Let us be a light in the darkness.

Let us be a refreshing stream in a dry land.

Let us be a testimony of Your goodness to everyone we meet.

God bless us, Lord.

And make us a blessing.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."
