Remember the Love of God.

Yes — remember the love of God. In moments of doubt, weariness, or battle, this is the anchor for your soul: His love is real, it is personal, and it will never let you go.

A Prayer to Remember His Love:


Heavenly Father,

In the quiet of this moment,

I choose to remember Your love —

They reveal a grand, divine perspective on history: that human kingdoms, no matter how powerful, are temporary and will ultimately be replaced by God's eternal, universal kingdom.

The Core Message in a Nutshell


Human history is a sequence of rising and falling empires, characterized by violence, arrogance, and opposition to God. This entire system will be decisively shattered and replaced by the Kingdom of God, which will be established by a divine figure and will last forever, bringing true justice and peace.

The Key Visions and Their Symbolism


Daniel receives this message through four main visions (and one key interpretation).


1. Nebuchadnezzar's Dream of the Statue (Daniel 2)


· The Vision: King Nebuchadnezzar dreams of a great statue with a head of gold, chest and arms of silver, belly and thighs of bronze, legs of iron, and feet of mixed iron and clay. A stone, "not cut by human hands," strikes the feet, destroying the entire statue, and then grows into a mountain that fills the whole earth.

· Daniel's Interpretation:

  · Head of Gold: Nebuchadnezzar's Babylonian Empire.

  · Silver Chest/Arms: A "second, inferior kingdom" (Medo-Persian Empire).

  · Bronze Belly/Thighs: A "third kingdom" that will rule the whole earth (Greek Empire under Alexander).

  · Iron Legs: A "fourth, strong as iron" kingdom that crushes all others (Roman Empire).

  · Feet of Iron and Clay: A divided, partly strong and partly brittle kingdom.

· The Climax: The Stone and the Mountain

  · The Stone: Represents the eternal Kingdom of God.

  · Its Origin: "Not cut by human hands" signifies its divine, not human, origin.

  · Its Action: It destroys the human kingdoms all at once, demonstrating their ultimate fragility and God's supreme power.

  · The Mountain: The everlasting, global dominion of God's Kingdom.


This vision establishes the core theme: Human kingdoms are temporary and composite, but God's Kingdom is eternal, divine, and universal.


2. Daniel's Vision of the Four Beasts (Daniel 7)


This is the complementary vision from God's perspective, given directly to Daniel.


· The Vision: Four great beasts arise from the sea:

  1. A lion with eagle's wings (Babylon).

What is This Pleasing Faith?


The faith that pleases God has two key components, as outlined in Hebrews 11:6:


1. Belief in His Existence: This is the foundational belief that God is. He is the Creator, the Sovereign Lord, the great I AM. It is a belief that moves beyond intellectual assent to a life-altering recognition of His reality and authority.

2. Belief in His Goodness: This is the trust that He is a rewarder. He is not a distant, capricious deity, but a good Father who delights to bless and be found by those who seek Him. It is faith that He keeps His promises.


This faith is active. It is the "assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). It is what empowered the heroes of the faith to obey, even when they couldn't see the outcome.


A Prayer for a Faith that Pleases God:


"Heavenly Father,


Your Word is clear: without faith, I cannot please You. Forgive me for the times I have tried to earn Your favor through my own works and striving.


I believe that You exist. I believe You are the Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth.


And I believe that You are good. I believe You are a rewarder, a loving Father who gave His only Son for me. I trust that You reward those who earnestly seek You.


Right now, I place my faith entirely in You. I renounce self-reliance and put my full trust in Your character and Your promises. Let my life be a life of faith, a life that is pleasing to You.
