All Praise and Glory to you.

All Praise and Glory to You

A Reflection on Psalm 29:2, Revelation 5:13, and 1 Chronicles 16:29

All praise and glory to You—not a portion, not a part,

But the whole of every worship rising from the heart.

For You alone are worthy—no rival, no compare,

No other name in heaven or earth Your majesty can share.

Give unto the Lord the glory due His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. (Psalm 29:2, NKJV)

All praise—not just with lips that speak,

But with lives that honor You, with spirits that are meek.

Let every breath, every thought, every word we say,

Be a living sacrifice of praise to You each day.

All glory—not for what we've done,

But for the victory of Your Son.

For the cross, the empty grave, the power to save,

For the mercy that meets us at the grave.

“To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!” (Revelation 5:13)

All praise and glory—in the morning and the night,

In the darkness and the light.

When the sun is high and warm,

And when we face the fiercest storm.

All praise and glory—for Your faithfulness and love,

For the Spirit sent from above.

For the grace that saves, the peace that stays,

For the hope that brightens all our days.

We join the heavenly chorus, the elders and the saints,

The angels and the living creatures, with no complaints.

We cry, "Holy, holy, holy," with hearts made clean by grace,

And we fall upon our knees before the glory of Your face.

O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth. (1 Chronicles 16:29, KJV)

All praise and glory to You—now and forevermore.

From the rising of the sun to the closing of the door.

All praise and glory—this is our song,

Our prayer, our life, our whole life long.

Amen.
