Guide me with your words.

Amen. “Guide me with Your words” is a prayer of surrender and trust—a cry for the Word of God to be the compass of your life, the light for your path, and the voice that directs every step you take. It is the acknowledgment that His Word is not just to be read, but to be followed.

📖 The Scriptural Foundation

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

“Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’” (Isaiah 30:21)

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

🙏 A Prayer for His Word to Guide You

Father,

Guide me with Your words.

Let Your Word be the lamp for my feet

And the light for my path.

When I am confused, let Your Word bring clarity.

When I am lost, let Your Word bring direction.

When I am afraid, let Your Word bring peace.

When I am tempted, let Your Word bring strength.

When I am weary, let Your Word bring rest.

Teach me through Your Word.

Correct me through Your Word.

Train me through Your Word.

Equip me through Your Word.

I will read it.

I will meditate on it.

I will hide it in my heart.

I will live by it.

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

🕊️ A Declaration of His Word

I declare today:

The Word of God guides me.

It directs my steps.

It lights my path.

It teaches me.

It corrects me.

It equips me.

I will not walk in darkness.

I will not be led astray.

I will not stumble.

For His Word is my guide,

And it will lead me home.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” (Psalm 32:8)

💎 A Final Encouragement

God's Word is not just a book to be read—it is a voice to be followed. It will guide you through the darkest valleys, direct you at every crossroad, and protect you from the snares of the enemy. When you open His Word, you are opening a lamp for your feet and a light for your path. So read it. Meditate on it. Hide it in your heart. And let it guide every step you take.
