Young man will have vision, old man will dream.

 Amen. This is the promise that marks the outpouring of the Holy Spirit—for every generation, every age, and every heart that is open to Him.

"And it shall come to pass in the last days,' says God, 'That I will pour out My Spirit upon all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels], and your young men shall see visions [divinely revealed appearances], and your old men shall dream [divinely suggested] dreams." — Acts 2:17 (AMP)

What This Promise Means for You:

· It is for all people. Not just a select few—sons, daughters, young, old. The Spirit is poured out on all who call on His name.

· Young men will see visions. You are not too young to hear from God. He gives direction, purpose, and revelation to the rising generation.

· Old men will dream dreams. You are not too old to be used. God gives wisdom, insight, and supernatural guidance to those with gray hair.

· It is a generational outpouring. The Spirit does not skip generations—He moves through them. Visions for the young, dreams for the old, prophecy for all.

A Prayer for Vision and Dreams:

"Lord,

Pour out Your Spirit upon me.

Let me not be dry, stagnant, or silent.

Let me prophesy—speak Your truth, declare Your heart, and bring life to the dead places.

Let me see visions—open my eyes to see what You are doing, where You are going, and what You are saying.

Let me dream dreams—give me divine insight, heavenly wisdom, and a clear vision for the future.

I am not too young to hear from You.

I am not too old to be used by You.

I am open, I am ready, I am Yours.

Let the Spirit flow—in me, through me, and beyond me."

May the Lord pour out His Spirit upon you. May you prophesy with boldness, see visions with clarity, and dream dreams with purpose. May you not be limited by age, fear, or doubt. And may you be part of a generation that hears His voice, follows His leading, and sees His glory.

"Young men will prophesy, and old men will dream."
