John 1:1

 John 1:1 (AMP)

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

---

What This Verse Means for You:

· "In the beginning" — Before time, before creation, before anything existed—He was already there.

· "The Word" — Jesus is not just a messenger; He is the Message. He is the communication of God's heart, mind, and character to humanity.

· "Was with God" — He existed in eternal, intimate fellowship with the Father. They were never separate.

· "Was God" — He is not a created being, not an angel, not a prophet—He is fully divine. Equal with God. One with God.

A Declaration of Faith:

"Lord,

You are the Word who was in the beginning.

You were with God—and You are God.

You spoke, and light appeared.

You spoke, and life began.

You speak, and I am saved.

I worship You—not as a distant figure, but as the living Word who became flesh and dwelt among us.

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.

And You are mine."

---

A Prayer of Adoration:

"Jesus,

You are the Word of God made flesh.

In the beginning, You were with God, and You were God.

Thank You that You did not stay distant—

You came near.

You spoke to us.

You revealed the Father.

You became the way, the truth, and the life.

I receive You as the Word of Life—

the One who speaks forgiveness, healing, peace, and purpose into my soul.

Let Your Word dwell in me richly.

Let Your truth shape my heart.

Let Your life flow through me.

In Your name, Amen."
