 Amen. I speak this blessing over your night—that it would be covered in peace, guarded by angels, and filled with the rest that only He can give.

"Lord,

I come to You as I prepare to rest.

I release the worries of this day into Your hands.

I lay down my burdens at Your feet.

Bless my night, Lord.

Let my rest be deep and peaceful.

Let my body be restored.

Let my spirit be refreshed.

I invite Your presence into this place.

Let Your angels watch over me.

Let Your peace cover me.

Let Your love surround me.

I will not be afraid—

for You are with me.

for You are in control.
