Yes, Lord—this is the prayer of a heart that has seen the windows of heaven swing wide. You have not withheld Your blessing. You have not held back Your Spirit. You have poured out—and we are still standing in the rain.

Malachi 3:10 (AMP) — "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse... and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “and see if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until there is no more need."

Psalm 78:23-24 (AMP) — "Yet He commanded the clouds above and opened the doors of heaven; and He rained down manna upon them to eat and gave them the grain of heaven."

Acts 2:17 (AMP) — "In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit upon all people."
