You are Gracious to your prodigal son.

Yes, Lord—this is the very heart of the gospel. You are not a distant judge waiting to punish; You are a Father who runs to embrace the child who comes home.

The Scripture That Shows His Heart:

Luke 15:20-24 (AMP) — "But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was moved with compassion [for his son], and he ran and embraced him and kissed him... For this son of mine was [as good as] dead and is alive again; he was lost and has been found."

What This Means for You:

· You are not a slave—you are a son. Even when you wandered, your identity never changed.

· His grace is not grudging—it is running. He does not wait for you to clean yourself up. He runs to you in your mess.

· He restores you fully. The robe of righteousness, the ring of authority, the shoes of sonship—He gives you everything you do not deserve.

· He celebrates your return. There is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents—and He rejoices over you.

A Response of Humility:

"Lord,

I am Your prodigal child—

the one who wandered, wasted, and fell.

But You are a Father who runs.

You do not hold my past against me—

You cover me with Your grace.

You clothe me with Your righteousness.

You place the ring of Your authority on my finger.

You call me Your own.

I do not deserve it.

But I receive it.

Thank You for being gracious to me—

a returning child, welcomed home."

Declarations of Sonship:

· "I am not a slave—I am a son."

· "The Father runs to me when I return."

· "He covers me with His righteousness."

· "He restores what I have lost."

· "I am fully forgiven, fully restored, fully loved."

· "He celebrates my return."

· "I am home—and I will never leave again."

· "His grace is greater than my wandering."

· "I am clothed with honor, authority, and love."

· "The Father is gracious to me."

A Blessing of Return:

May you know—beyond any doubt—that the Father runs to you. He does not shame you for your wandering. He celebrates your return. He restores you to full sonship. May you rest in His embrace, wear His robe of righteousness, and walk in the freedom of being His child—fully forgiven, fully loved, fully home.

You are gracious to Your prodigal son. He has run to you. Let Him hold you. You are home.
