"Bless me, Lord—and I will be a blessing."
Yes, Lord—this is the heart of Your covenant. You bless us not so we can hoard, but so we can overflow. Not so we can store up, but so we can pour out. Not for our name, but for Yours.
The Scripture That Holds This Promise:
Genesis 12:2 (AMP) — "I will bless you [abundantly] and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing [to the world]."
Psalm 67:1-2 (AMP) — "God be gracious and merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine on us—so that Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations."
2 Corinthians 9:8 (AMP) — "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work."
Proverbs 11:25 (AMP) — "The generous man [is a source of blessing and] shall be prosperous and enriched, and he who waters will himself be watered [reaping the generosity he has sown]."

A Prayer of Blessing and Overflow:
"Lord,
Bless me—
not for my comfort, but for Your glory.
Not for my pride, but for Your purposes.
Not for my name, but for the sake of Your name.
Bless me so that I may be a blessing—
to my family, my community, my generation, and the world.
Let every blessing You pour into my life
flow through me to others.
Let Your peace in me bring peace to others.
Let Your joy in me bring hope to others.
Let Your love in me bring healing to others.
Let Your provision in me meet the needs of others.
I receive Your blessing with open hands.
I will not hold it back.
I will pass it on.
Bless me, Lord—and I will be a blessing."

A Blessing Over You:
May the Lord bless you—not just enough for yourself, but more than enough to share. May He fill your cup until it overflows. May He open your hands to give generously, your heart to love deeply, and your life to serve faithfully. And may you be a blessing to everyone you meet—for His name's sake.
Bless me, Lord—and I will be a blessing. He has blessed you. Now go—and be a blessing to the world.
