Bless my Sleep.

 "Bless my sleep, Lord."

This is the prayer of a heart that knows true rest comes from You—not from circumstances, not from medication, not from exhaustion, but from the peace that only You can give.

The Scripture That Holds This Promise:

Psalm 127:2 (AMP) — "It is vain for you to rise early, to retire late, to eat the bread of anxious labors—for He gives [blessings] to His beloved in sleep."

Psalm 4:8 (AMP) — "In peace [and with a tranquil heart] I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety and confident trust."

Proverbs 3:24 (AMP) — "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet."

Psalm 121:3-4 (AMP) — "He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."

A Prayer for Your Sleep:

"Lord,

I come to You as I prepare to rest.

I release the worries of the day into Your hands.

I lay down my burdens at Your feet.

Bless my sleep, Lord.

Let my rest be deep and peaceful.

Let my body be restored.

Let my mind be quieted.

Let my spirit be refreshed.

I invite Your presence into this place.

Let Your angels watch over me.

Let Your peace cover me.

Let Your love surround me.

I will not be afraid—

for You are with me.

I will not be anxious—

for You are in control.

I will not be troubled—

for You are my peace.

I sleep in the shelter of the Most High.

I rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Thank You for watching over me.

Thank You for the gift of sleep.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."

A Blessing Over Your Night:

May the Lord bless your sleep and keep you through the night. May He make His face shine upon you and give you peace. May His angels watch over you. May you wake refreshed, renewed, and full of His joy. And may you know, as you rest, that the One who neither slumbers nor sleeps is watching over you.

Bless my sleep, Lord. He does. He watches. He keeps you. Sleep well—and rest in His love.
