Amen. This is the triumphant declaration of everyone who is in Christ—a truth that changes our identity, our present, and our eternity. Here is a poem of celebration and testimony.

No Longer Slaves
The chains are broken, the prison door wide,
No longer a slave, with sin as my guide.
The legal hold,the binding claim,
Was shattered by His holy name.
“For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.”(Romans 6:6)
I was a slave to fear, to shame, to lust,
To things that turn the heart to dust.
But now I stand,a child, set free,
Because the Son has spoken over me.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”(John 8:36)
I am not sinless, but I am free—
Free to choose,free to be
The person He declares I am,
Held safely in the great I AM.
No longer slave, but daughter, son,
Because of all that Christ has done.
His Spirit lives and reigns within,
To break the power of every sin.
So let this truth be my battle cry,
Beneath the expanse of heaven's sky:
I am no longer a slave to sin!
I am alive in You.Amen.
