Spiritual Life.

 Amen. "Spiritual life" is the very heartbeat of our existence—the life of the Spirit within us that connects us to God, transforms us into His image, and empowers us to walk in His ways. It is not a religious activity, but a living relationship with the One who is Life itself.

The Bible speaks of spiritual life as the gift of God through Christ:


"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)


"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life." (John 6:63)


"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" (2 Corinthians 5:17)


"For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God." (Colossians 3:3)


"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10)

A Daily Walk You live in step with the Holy Spirit. "Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." (Galatians 5:16)

A Transformation You are being renewed into the image of Christ. "We all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image." (2 Corinthians 3:18)

A Life of Fruit You bear the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control." (Galatians 5:22-23)

Prayer Stay connected to God and bring your heart before Him. "Pray continually." (1 Thessalonians 5:17)

The Word Be fed, guided, and shaped by Scripture. "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4)

Worship Keep your heart focused on His worth and majesty. "Worship the Lord with gladness; come into his presence with singing." (Psalm 100:2)

Community Grow in fellowship and accountability with other believers. "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds." (Hebrews 10:24)

Obedience Walk in His ways and follow His leading. "If you love me, keep my commands." (John 14:15)

Surrender Yield your life fully to His will. "Not my will, but yours be done." (Luke 22:42)

Father,

I come to You with a heart that longs for life—

True life, eternal life, abundant life.

I thank You for the gift of Your Spirit,

Who breathes life into my soul.


Let my spiritual life grow deep and strong.

Root me in Your love.

Nourish me with Your Word.

Fill me with Your Spirit.

Let me bear fruit that lasts.


Draw me closer to You day by day.

Renew my mind, transform my heart,

And guide my steps.


I want to know You more.

I want to walk with You more.

I want to live for You more.


For You are the Giver of life.
