Bless our talents in the marketplace.

"Bless our talents in the marketplace."

Yes, Lord—every skill, every craft, every gift You have placed in us is not just for private use, but for the public square. Where we work, create, serve, trade, and lead—let Your blessing rest upon us.

The Scripture That Speaks to This:

Deuteronomy 8:18 (AMP) — "You shall remember [with profound respect] the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers."

Exodus 35:30-35 (AMP) — God filled Bezalel and Oholiab with His Spirit, wisdom, and skill to do all kinds of craftsmanship for the work of the tabernacle. Their talents were blessed and used for His glory.

Proverbs 22:29 (AMP) — "Do you see a man skillful and experienced in his work? He will stand [in honor] before kings; he will not stand before obscure men."

Colossians 3:23-24 (AMP) — "Whatever you do, do your work heartily [from the soul], as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your reward."

A Prayer for Marketplace Blessing:

"Lord,

You have placed gifts within us—

skills of hand, mind, and heart.

You have given us talents to create, to lead, to serve, to build, to trade.

We ask You to bless our talents in the marketplace.

Let our work be fruitful.

Let our efforts be effective.

Let our integrity be evident.

Let our service be excellent.

Open doors that no one can shut.

Give us favor with those we serve.

Grant us wisdom in every decision.

Let our work produce good fruit for our families, our communities, and Your kingdom.

We do not labor for ourselves alone—

we labor for You.

Let our talents bring You glory,

and let our work be a witness to Your goodness.

Bless our talents in the marketplace, Lord—

and let them bear fruit that remains."

The Promise for You:

Your work is not separate from your faith. The marketplace is a mission field, a place of worship, a platform for His glory. When you offer your talents to Him, He blesses them, multiplies them, and uses them for purposes beyond what you can see.

Bless our talents in the marketplace. He hears. He multiplies. He sends you out with His favor. Go—and let your work be worship.
